Our Refund & Return Policy :

On receipt of your payment, we will begin processing your order and we will send you a notification by email that the payment has been received and that your order is being processed. Where any payment you make is not authorized, you will be returned to the previous page on the Website and we shall not be obliged to provide the services. Please note that once you have made your order and your payment has been authorized you will not be able to cancel your order nor will you be entitled to a refund using the website.

Please contact us by telephone on +971 56 683 8678 to amend or cancel the order details. The customer care advisor will be able to assist you in amending or cancelling the order if it will possible. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Please note that from time to time there may be delays with processing payments and transactions, on occasion this can take up to sixty (60) days to be deducted from your bank account.

We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, some items can experience some breakage during shipping. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

For damaged products that are not purchased directly from Trouvaille, please contact us. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.

Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.
